Lush Lip Scrub.
I have finally got my hands on the Lush lip scrubs everyone's been talking about, several weeks ago... I've been wanting to try the popcorn flavour because it's so different, but once I smelt the Bubblegum one I was sold to both.
These natural lip scrubs are made mainly with caster sugar, a delicious natural exfoliant, and flavoured with essential oils. You dip your finger into the scrub, exfoliate your lips until they're soft and buffed and then simply lick off the excess! Yup, to add to the beauty of these scrubs they are also edible (probably not wise to eat the whole pot though...)
I love using these scrubs, they're so fun and tasty! However, they are extremely messy so I'd advise to scrub in the bath/shower or over a sink as the scrub goes everywhere. My lips felt really nice and smooth after I buffed the scrub into them, but remember to have your lip butter on hand as you'll need to apply it immediately after the scrub to nourish lips prevent them from chapping again.
The pots are filled right to the top, and you would use only a tiny amount at a time to polish, so these little pots will last a while! I can imagine it being really simple to make your own lip scrub at home using caster sugar and playing with different flavours, but it's such a nice and tasty treat that everyone deserves to spend a fiver on feeling good and having fun with beauty!
